Entry:
Have your ticket ready well before you reach the entrance. If showing your ticket on a mobile phone, please lock your phone in portrait mode, locate your e-ticket, and turn up the screen brightness in advance.

Body Search:
For everyone's safety, attendees will be body searched at the entrances to the concert area. We ask for your cooperation to ensure everyone can enter as quickly as possible. Access to the concert area will only be possible after passing through security checks.

Standing Tickets Only:
There are only standing rooms available at the concert venue. Therefore, bringing chairs or other seating is not allowed. Please note that the concert lasts approximately three hours. Consider whether you can stand for the entire concert before attending. If you need to sell your ticket, we recommend using Ticketmaster's resale function, which you can find ->> here.

Accommodation for Wheelchair Users:
A limited number of tickets have been sold to wheelchair users and their companions. Only ticket holders with these tickets will have access to the two wheelchair ramps (A left side and B left side) at the concert area. These tickets, like the rest of the concert, are sold out, and it will not be possible to exchange tickets. Companions use the same entrance as wheelchair users.

Wheelchair drop-off at Nøstetorget upon arrival. Check which ramp you have a ticket for and arrive early. Our staff at the ramps are there to assist you. If space issues arise, companions must follow the guidance from Bergen Live staff at the wheelchair ramps.

Note: Torborg Nedreaas gate will be closed with barriers from 3:00 PM.

Guardian Scheme and Children at the Concert:
The age limit is 18, but we have a guardian scheme for those under 18. Guardians must be at least 23 years old, sober and can be responsible for up to two minors. Guardians must fill out a guardian form to be submitted upon arrival at the concert. We do not recommend bringing small children to concerts for safety reasons.

Hearing Protection:
Earplugs are available for free at the concert area.

Payments on Site:

All payments are made by card or cash. We encourage the use of contactless payment (Vipps, tapping, Google Pay, and Apple Pay).

Safe Ticket Purchases and Refunds:
Together with our ticket provider Ticketmaster, we ensure that it is safe to buy tickets and that your interests are protected if a concert is postponed or canceled. Ticketmaster is the only ticket provider for our events.

Cloakroom:
There are no cloakroom facilities on site during the concert.

Dress Code:
Remember that you are attending an outdoor concert. Dress practically and according to the weather conditions. Wear comfortable shoes as you will be standing for a long time. If rain is expected, bring rainwear as umbrellas are not allowed in the concert area. Plastic ponchos will not be available for purchase at the concert area.

For Your Safety:
We recommend that everyone familiarize themselves with the locations of first aid, (emergency) exits, and toilets before the concert starts. Listen to your body - eat well and drink plenty of water. Remember to inform those you came with where you are going. Avoid standing in front of emergency exits or other places where you block others, such as bar or toilet queues.
